VISITORS to Hartlepool Civic Centre and the adjoining Law Courts are advised that essential repair work will start shortly at the front entrance to the building. From next week (w/c 6th February)

Licence - Butchers Shop: Outline
From 1 January 2006, butchers shops selling raw meat and ready to eat foods no longer require a licence to operate. They are now subject to the same EC hygiene regulations that apply to all other retail and catering businesses.
