Ageing Well in Hartlepool is a publication about having some fun as you get older and knowing where to find information to help you cope in times of need.
This booklet has been produced by Hartlepool Older Person's Local Implementation Team (LIT) in partnership with the 50+ Forum. The LIT is made up of people from the Hartlepool Council, health services, other statutory agencies, local voluntary agencies and local people who get together to plan services for older people in Hartlepool.
