Consultation & Research: Outline

The Council collects information in a range of ways, e.g. interview surveys, postal surveys, telephone surveys, discussion groups and mystery shopping.

We also co-ordinate the council's consultation strategy; run the Viewpoint citizens panel and carry out other corporate and departmental consultation exercises. We offer advice and support on research and consultation and and provide an information enquiry service.
