Licence - Public Entertainment: Outline
A Premises Licence will be required for any place offering public entertainment, films or plays, late night refreshments and/or alcohol.
A Club Premises Certificate will be required by a bona fide members clubs providing public entertainment, films or plays and/or alcohol.
Temporary Event notices can be submitted. Events can last for up to 96 hours and must involve no more than 499 people. At least 10 working days notice is required prior to the day on which the event period begins.
