The Hartlepool Partnership is the town's Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) and brings together all of the town's partnerships delivering local services.
The Hartlepool Partnership is a network of partnerships working to ensure everyone in Hartlepool has a good standard of living and access to quality services that improve year on year.
