Licence - Theatre: Outline
Any premises which are to be used for the public performance of a play, whether for payment or not, must hold a valid Premise Licence which authorises the performance of plays.
Temporary Events Notices can be submitted. Events can last for up to 96 hours and must involve no more than 499 people. At least 10 working days notice is required prior to the day the event period begins.
