VISITORS to Hartlepool Civic Centre and the adjoining Law Courts are advised that essential repair work will start shortly at the front entrance to the building. From next week (w/c 6th February)

A Radar Key is used for disabled toilets throughout the UK. The keys are universal and are only given to people who are registered disabled.
A Radar Key can be obtained free of charge from the main reception in the Civic Centre. However, an I.D. must be shown to obtain a key.
