VISITORS to Hartlepool Civic Centre and the adjoining Law Courts are advised that essential repair work will start shortly at the front entrance to the building. From next week (w/c 6th February)

Billing and collection of Council Tax, Business Rates and other income due to the council including: Customer services in person and by telephone; Administration of customer accounts (including name and address, valuation changes etc.); application of reliefs, exemptions and discounts.
Availability
Council Tax and Business Rates: 8:30am to 5:00pm (Mon to Fri). Cash payment services at Civic Centre: 9:00am to 4:30pm (Mon - Thurs) and 9:00am to 4:00pm (Fri)Further Information
