A to Z of services: Adult Care Services
Adult Care Services: Outline
Adult Care Services [previously called Social Services] offer support to people of all ages.
We work together with health colleagues and partners to make sure that our Service Users, and their carers, can access the services they need.
The support we give depends on each person's needs. Our main aim is to enable people to remain independent and to make sure they have the best quality of life as possible.
