Trading Standards enforce the 'criminal' side of the law as opposed to the 'civil' consumer advice area.
If you have a criminal type complaint such as a shop selling alcohol to kids, or a rogue trader preying on the elderly, then please get in touch and tell us by telephoning 01429 523362.
