The Families Information Service (FISH) are moving from their central base to offices within your community.  From 18th March there will be a limited telephone service while the staff move and update their training so that they can bring you a better service.
 
From 4th April we will have staff in the North, South and Central Children's Centre areas in Hartlepool and will be getting out and about to meet everyone.

We aim to answer our phone promptly but have an answer phone if our information officers are busy with other customers.
 
We may be able to give you the advice and information you need over the phone or by e-mail but if your enquiry is complicated or requires lengthy discussions we will make an appointment at a convenient time and place to make sure you get the best possible assistance.
 
If you prefer, drop into your local Children's Centre and we'll speak to you there and then if we are available, otherwise a member of the Children's Centre staff will take your details and we'll be in touch - usually within 24 hours.
