Located within the Landscape Planning and Conservation team, the Council's Arboricultural Officers provide an arboricultural advisory service to departments of the Council, inspection and review of Hartlepool's protected tree stock, and a development control support role.
Council owned trees are maintained by the Horticultural Services team
