Hartlepool Borough Council issues Parking Permits for use within controlled parking zones.
Businesses operating within an On-Street Business Permit Zone may qualify for either a concessionary permit (£20) or may purchase up to two business permits at a cost of £350 each per annum.
Season tickets for several long-stay car parks are available to commuters at a cost of £350 per annum. Restrictions generally apply from Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
