Some products present real risks to the health or welfare of young people, these products maybe considered dangerous to use, unsuitable or present real health risks. The law makes it illegal for age restricted goods to be sold to those who are below the specified age limit. A trader can be prosecuted and may lose their livelihood for making an illegal sale.
If you are aware of a shop who supplies such products to children then we would be very grateful for any information. Please contact us on 01429 523362. Alternatively you could visit the Trading Standards Website and complete an online form which will be emailed to us. Any information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
