Hartlepool Borough Council seizes around 400 stray dogs each year. These dogs are taken to kennels where they are kept until they can be re-united with their owners.
Those dogs who aren't claimed by their owners are available for rehoming.
For details of dogs currently in the kennels, see our Stray/Lost Dogs page.
If you are interested in providing a home to a stray dog, contact Low Fallowfield Kennels on 0191 526 1829.
