The Council welcomes petitions and recognises that petitions are one way in which people can let us know their concerns. The Petition Scheme sets out how the Council will respond to petitions submitted to it.
Petitions can either be submitted in paper or online. You can submit a petition online through our website: http://petitions.hartlepool.gov.uk
