Hartlepool Borough Council will arrange for the removal and disposal of drug related litter (syringes and other drug related items) found on public land within two hours of receiving your report.
If you find any discarded syringes or needles, please do not touch them. Telephone the number below and arrangements will be made to remove them as soon as possible.
This is a 24 hour service:
