Hartlepool Borough Council's normal working hours are:
8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday
8.30am - 4.30pm, Friday
An out of hours emergency service is available through Richard Court, telephone 01429 869424.
This emergency service is available only where there are imminent risks to health and safety.
