Civic Centre Access Restrictions
VISITORS to Hartlepool Civic Centre and the adjoining Law Courts are advised that essential repair work will start shortly at the front entrance to the building. From next week (w/c 6th February)

There are a number of village halls in the area which provide a hub of activity for village life. In the main the halls are run by independent charities, voluntary groups or by the parish councils.
Hartlepool Borough Council offers a variety of grants to support sports, cultural and community based projects by resident organisations and individuals within the District.
The annual grants are:
- Parish funding to help parish councils with community projects
- Community grants to support the revenue funding or capital costs of large or small projects by local groups and organisations
- Grants to organisations to help support participation in sport, leisure or cultural activities
