You may temporarily withdraw your records at any time. In order to do so you must give notice to the Records Office.
Please note that, to avoid a wasted journey, it is essential that you make an appointment to visit the Records Office and ensure that the office holds the records that you are interested in.
Please remember to bring acceptable proof of identity and address.
