Housing Renewal Assistance: Outline
Renewal Assistance Grants/Loans (currently 50% grant and 50% loan) are available to owner-occupiers whose properties do not meet the Decent Home Standard.
These grants are being targeted on properties within the New Deal for Communities and the North Central Regeneration Areas. Outside the targeted areas, assistance is available for owner-occupiers on a qualifying benefit.
