The Landlord Accreditation Scheme aims to improve conditions in the private rented sector by working with landlords to encourage good practice. This scheme also offers assistance to people seeking safe and well managed accommodation in the private rented sector.
Hartlepool Borough Council's Private Landlords Forum meets at regular intervals throughout the year and is open to all private landlords throughout the town.
