If you are living with HIV/Aids Hartlepool Borough Council Adult Social Care may be able to help you. Initially we will talk with you about your needs and any needs your carer may have. Following this any help you receive will depend on your personal circumstances, some people will receive support from Adult Social Care and others will be directed to other services in the locality.
