Accidents Reporting (RIDDOR): Outline
The law requires that all accidents at work involving employees or members of the public should be reported to either the enforcing authority (in this case Hartlepool Borough Council) or the Health and Safety Executive.
Reporting of accidents is a legal requirement under the reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995.
