Hartlepool Borough Council has a programme for providing 150 new dropped kerbs for vehicle access to residential or commercial property each year. The programme is finalised after much consultation with residents and businesses carried out through the Hartlepool Access Group and the Neighbourhood Consultative Forums.
To apply for a vehicle crossing/dropped kerb outside for access to your property, you will need to complete an application form. Once we have received your application an inspector will visit and supply you with an estimate.
