VISITORS to Hartlepool Civic Centre and the adjoining Law Courts are advised that essential repair work will start shortly at the front entrance to the building. From next week (w/c 6th February)

The Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 has eliminated the need for hairdressers to be registered.
However, activities such as Ear Piercing, Electrolysis, Tattooing and Acupuncture still require to be registered - contact the Licensing Team on 01429 523354 for more information.
