From 1st April 2013 Council Tax Benefit will be abolished and replaced by Local Council Tax Support (LCTS)
Changes from April 2013.
You can now apply online for a range of services provided by Hartlepool Borough Council.
We also welcome any compliments or suggestions you might wish to send us.
Alternatively you can contact one of our Customer representatives during office hours.
Monday to Thursday 8:30am till 5:00pm
Friday 8:30am till 4:30pm

Use the Public Access Portal to view Hartlepool Borough Council's planning applications online.
You can apply online by using the Planning Portal to submit new planning applications.
Direct debit is the easiest way to pay your Council Tax you can download the form and apply for this service.
You can search our latest vacancies here and apply online, all of our external vacancies are advertised via North East Jobs; this link takes you directly to their site.
If you are unable to place your bins by the kerbside for collection you can apply for assistance on line.
