Q: Where can blue badge holders park?
Answer:
The national concessions apply only to on-street parking, where badge holders may park close to their destination, providing no parking restrictions apply which may prohibit the use of the badge.
However, in Hartlepool, the Council allows badge holders to park free of charge in off-street car parks, as follows:
- For an unlimited period in designated bays
- For up to three hours in standard pay and display bays
