Yes. Full Council meetings, Cabinet, Executive decision making meetings, Scrutiny Forums and other Council Committees, including Planning and Licensing Committees, are all open for members of the public to attend.
There are occasions when the press and public may be excluded from the business of the meeting when exempt items are to be discussed. Details of these are set out in the Council's Constitution.
