Answer:

Forms are delivered to each household during September/October each year. Once the form has been returned your name will be included in the new Register which is published on 1 December.

You can also contact the Electoral Registration Office at the Civic Centre, Telephone (01429) 523088.  A form will be sent to you for you to complete.  Once the form is returned your details will be updated during the following month.
