Q: If my bus pass doesn't work, will I still be able to travel?
Answer:
Yes, unless the pass you are using has been reported as lost or stolen.
If there is another problem with an ENCTS pass, you can still travel without charge. However, you will need to contact the council to get a free replacement as soon as possible.
