Q: Why haven’t they taken my extra black bags?
Hartlepool Borough Council has a policy for no collection of side waste.
We provide each household with a green bin, a blue box, a blue bag and a white poly bag. If you recycle your waste using these containers, there should be no need for extra black bags to be used.
However, if you household consists of six or more people, you may be eligible for a larger wheeled bin.
