Q: I've found some insects in my house - can you send someone out to have a look at them?
If possible, pease put one or two insects inside a container and bring this into the Civic Centre for identification. If you are unable to do this, we can send a Pest Control Officer to identify the insects. We do not charge for this service.
However, once the insects are identified there may be a charge to eradicate them. Please see our main Pest Control page on this website for details of our charges.
