Opening hours for Hartlepool Connect are currently:

Monday - Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

Outside of Hartlepool Connect's opening hours, Hartlepool Police can be contacted for confirmation.

If you make yourself known as the owner of the vehicle during or prior to the removal of your vehicle, you will be issued with an information card which explains the re-claim process and release fees.
