Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REPLY THROUGH ONE STOP SHOP?
We aim to progress all enquiries within a prescribed period. However, it is likely that the more complex cases may take longer.
Timescales for responses:
- Aim of 15 working days to respond to a minor development, including other
- developments and householder developments.
- Aim of 25 working days to respond to a small scale major development.
- Large scale major development timetable to be arranged between case officer and applicant/agent.
- Express householder development- 'fasttrack' service aim of 48 hours to respond.
