The One Stop Shop letter will explain how to do this. Whether you use the One Stop Shop service or not we would always suggest you submit a planning application through the Government's Planning Portal at http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/ Everything is explained there. If you have difficulties with this we can provide the relevant forms if you contact us at developmentcontrol@hartlepool.gov.uk When you submit an application we will explain what will happen with it.
