Hartlepool's 'Healthy Weight For Life' Service has been developed to improve access to healthy lifestyle advice and support for all adults living in Hartlepool.
Groups are being set-up in venues all across town at a range of times, to offer support, advice on healthy eating and health issues, all in a fun and enjoyable way.
Sessions are free and a great way to meet new friends, become and feel fitter and healthier.
