This questionaire is aimed at parents-to-be, parents with children aged under 16 years and parents with children with a disability aged under 18 years of age.

Local Authorities throughout England have a duty to consult with parents regarding the sufficiency of childcare in their town. I am working on this task on behalf of Hartlepool Borough Council and hope that you can help with this process by completing this questionaire.

Your questionaire will be used in confidence and will help me to complete the lastest Childcare Sufficiency Assessment for the town.
