Please complete this form to register any animals that you wish to keep on your allotment plot. You will need to register your animals each year.

Use this form to register all animals including chickens, ducks, pigeons, etc. Please note that NO new dogs can be registered, only dogs which have previously been registered can be registered again for 2011.

Animals may only be kept on your plot in accordance with the conditions of your allotment tenancy. For help and guidance please see your "Rules and Regulations of Tenancy Booklet 2011 - Section 5". Completion of this form does not constitute permission to keep animals on your plot. Tenants applying to keep animals will receive written permission from the Allotments Team when their application has been successful.
