Hartlepool Voluntary Development Agency (HVDA):

An independent Local Development Agency whose aim is to support and develop the Hartlepool Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) by:

  • Recruiting and supporting volunteers
  • Supporting and developing VCS groups including access to funding
  • Building links between VCS groups and developing partnerships with other agencies
  • Promoting the role and value of the Hartlepool VCS
