About the Children & Young People's Plan
The Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP) is about making life better for children and families in Hartlepool.
Children and young people helped to write the plan. This made sure the plan covers the needs of all children and young people.
Children, young people and families are at the centre of all the services that we provide. We do this in Hartlepool by working together through the Children's Trust.
We make sure that the needs in the plan are seen as important by all those who work with families.
There are lots of plans that aim to make life better for everyone. You can look at some of these other plans through links on page 51 of the Children and Young People's Plan.
