Welcome to Hartlepool Council's Smarter Living webpages. These webpages support our Smarter Living Roadshow and is the place to find out how we can reduce our impact on the environment whilst at the same time saving money off our bills.
They are not intended to lecture people, we would just like everyone to take a moment to think about doing one small thing that could make a big difference to our environment.
