Disrepair in Rented Accommodation
Private tenants having problems with their landlords not doing repairs at their properties can seek assistance from the Council. An officer will investigate the complaint and, if necessary, the landlord would be asked to carry out the required work.
If tenants are having problems with their tenancies we refer them to our Tenancy Relations Officer in the Housing Advice Team.
