Service Directories

In recent times we published a large directory covering all services funded by the Supporting People programme.

We have recently revised the directoy and made the decision to split the services into three smaller directories for Learning Disabilities, Older Persons services and Short Term Services.

To view the directories click on the appropiate link below:

If you have any problems with the service directories contact Andy on 01429 523540

or email andrew.ross@hartlepool.gov.uk.

Serious incident form

Hartlepool Supporting People uses a number of excellent providers to support vulnerable people in Hartlepool but on rare occasions serious incidents can happen.

If a serious incident happens to you or someone you know when receiving support from one of our providers we need to know.

To report a serious incident please complete our serious incident form.

SPOCC.net

SPOCC.NET is an extension to our existing SPOCC (Supporting People Oxford Computer Consultants) system, which is our main database.

The process of data submission to the Supporting People team by Providers can be extremely labour intensive. The SPOCC program is Oxford Computer Consultants' contribution to the SP programme which equips local authorities with the tools they need to manage their participation in the Supporting People initiative and improve the provision of support services.

The inclusion of Internet access for the purposes of data exchange is seen as an important development to help reduce workloads and streamline the business processes between the SP team and the Provider.

SPOCC.NET does this by providing a secure online link between the Provider and the SP team, which will both reduce the time spent on data exchange and help eliminate the possibility of data errors.

The SPOCC website is full of information about SPOCC and SPOCC.NET.
