The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA)
The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment
» What is the JSNA?
The Department of Health requires Hartlepool PCT and Hartlepool Borough Council to produce a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA). The JSNA provides us with an in-depth look at the full range of health and social care services available in Hartlepool to try to ensure they respond to the needs and aspirations of local people.
The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment looks further ahead than just the next year or two. It is a strategic document that will help us plan the delivery of Hartlepool's health and social care over the next 10 years. You will have opportunities over this period of time to help us and influence our spending decisions.
» The JSNA summary
The JSNA summary gives a brief overview of this information. We will be continually updating it as more information becomes available, and we will use this information to help us make plans to commit our money over the next 10 years.
If you want to read the full JSNA, it is available from http://www.teespublichealth.nhs.uk/
