Primary Capital Programme

In July 2008, the Council carried out 63 consultation meetings across Hartlepool as part of its STAGE 2 consultation process to consider a range of options that looked at the future organisation of the primary sector in the town. A report has been prepared for the Council's Cabinet to consider at its meeting on Monday 13th October 2008. In addition to the main report, there are a number of appendices attached that outline the responses received during the period of consultation.
