You should use an Incident Log to record any anti-social behaviour that your experience. This information will help the Anti-social Behaviour Unit to:

1. Understand what anti-social behaviour is occurring,
2. Understand when and where the anti-social behaviour is occurring,
3. Understand how the anti-social behaviour is affecting you,
4. Identify who is involved in the anti-social behaviour.

This information will be used to determine how your complaint will be dealt with.

All of the information that you give us is confidential - we do not tell the person causing the problem who made a complaint about them.
