The award winning Museum of Hartlepool tells the fascinating story of the development of Hartlepool from 3000 B.C. There's so much to see and do and it's free! Climb aboard the full size fishing coble, meet some of the colourful characters from Hartlepool's history, marvel at the genuine WW1 German shell and explore the paddle steamer Wingfield Castle.
With an exciting and varied temporary exhibition programme, one visit to the Museum is never enough.
