Floating Support

Floating Support Service

This service is based within the Housing Advice Team and provides advice and support to vulnerable people to enable them to access and sustain a successful tenancy.

The aims of the service are;

To prevent homelessness, and repeat homelessness, and to improve access into permanent accommodation.
To provide support to existing vulnerable tenants to enable them to retain their tenancy and prevent tenancy failure.
To provide support to vulnerable new tenants, assisting them to achieve a successful and sustainable tenancy.
