DRAFT STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES 2010
The Gambling Act 2005 requires licensing authorities, including Hartlepool Borough Council, to prepare and publish every three years a Statement of Principles which it proposes to apply when exercising its functions under this Act.
It is now approaching three years since the first Statement of Principles was published and this licensing authority is legally required to review, approve and publish a new one which is available for viewing or download.
Your views on this draft Statement of Principles are welcomed between 22nd June and 18th September 2009.
